Calculators are estimates

The calculators on this site produce estimates using stated assumptions, including Canadian semi-annual compounding, published mortgage insurance premium bands, statutory land transfer tax brackets and standard debt-service ratios. Actual payments, premiums, taxes and rates depend on the lender, the product, your credit, the property and the date. Results are not an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a quotation.

Licensing

Orange Mortgage Company is a mortgage brokerage licensed in Ontario and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006. Our licence number is published in the footer of this site and can be verified on the FSRA public register.
